Appointments are highly recommended, since we provide personalised service to each of our customers through in-depth discussions and consultations. Please reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or any of our verified social media accounts to schedule a consultation.

Online Consultation – As soon as you make a reservation, one of our helpful advisors will contact you personally to confirm the meeting and provide the Google Meet link. During the consultation, we will show you a video of the product you’re interested in and address any concerns you may have about it, including those related to tax, delivery, and safety.

In-Store Consultation – We’ll have one of our helpful advisors contact you immediately to confirm the time and date you prefer. At our TJ Galleria (The Boulevard MidValley KL), you can talk to one of our helpful consultants in person from 10.00am to 8.00 pm. every day, including weekends and public holidays (time might differ during public holidays).

In the galleria, we only display the most recent collection or best-selling items if we have stock or samples available to view. In the event that we do not have current designs in stock, customers can examine rings with comparable finishes and styles as a reference.

We welcome you to visit our galleria to get your ring size measured, however, you may request a measurement tool from us to measure your ring size at home.

We offer free resizing service. However, we don’t encourage your ring to be resized for more than 3 times as our resizing service comes with polishing, it will cause the metal of your ring to become thinner.

*A surcharge will be imposed on the material cost if the upsize by two (2) from its original size.

*Not applicable to our Nikah series (Steel, Titanium, and Tantalum).

Diamond jewellery that has a single diamond from 0.30 carat and above, comes with either GIA or IGI Certification. Any single diamond below 0.30 carat has no certification. Our Tax Invoice serves as both the certification and warranty.
