Do I need to make an appointment to view the jewellery?

Appointments are highly recommended as we provide personalised service to each of our customers through in-depth discussions and consultations. Please reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or any of our verified social media accounts to schedule a consultation.

Online Consultation

As soon as you make a reservation, one of our helpful advisors will contact you personally to confirm the meeting and provide the Google Meet link. During the consultation, we will show you a video of the product you’re interested in and address any concerns you may have, including those related to tax, delivery, and safety.

In-Store Consultation

Our team will promptly confirm your preferred date and time. Consultations are held at the TJ Jewellery Experience Centre (The Boulevard, Mid Valley KL).

10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Closed on Tuesdays
We are open daily, including weekends and public holidays, except Tuesdays.
During your visit, you’ll get to explore our latest collections and bestsellers (subject to availability). If specific items aren’t in stock, we’ll provide similar samples to help you visualise finishes and styles.

What if I don't know my ring size?

We welcome you to visit our Jewellery Experience Centre to get your ring size measured, however, you may request a measurement tool from us to measure your ring size at home.

When placing your order online, select “I don’t know my size” to receive a free ring sizer at your doorstep. You can measure and update your ring size online later following our Measure Your Ring Size.

What if i got my initial ring size wrong?

No worries — resizing is available with or without a Care Package.

✅ If you purchased a TJ Care Package during checkout:

TJ Basic Care: Includes one free resizing, plus polishing or plating. Valid for 24 months from the invoice date.
TJ Lifetime Care: Covers up to 3 free resizes — valid for life.

💡 If you didn’t choose a Care Package:
Resizing is still possible, but a service fee will apply, depending on the material and adjustment needed.

⚠️ Important Notes:

A surcharge applies if the resize requires a change of two sizes or more.
Resizing is not possible for alternative metals in our Nikah Series (Steel, Titanium, Tantalum) and other non-resizable materials like NuriSilver, NuriWhite, or 22K Gold.
